What is MLM (Multi-level Marketing)?
For those who have not heard of MLM, be informed
that it is NOT the same as pyramid selling. Pyramid
selling involves marking up price every level down
and making profits through the markups, the sales
person buy the products from his upline and do not
see any other persons higher up or the company providing
the products. In MLM, everyone sell the product
from one company without the need of buying it themselve.
Everyone gets the same commissions according to
their levels and size of team. For more details

How to I become a Sales Rep?
All you need to do is to start referring. You will
be able to do so once you have joined our Basic
member. When you have referred the 4th member who
had signed up for our Professional Account, you
will be able to join as one of our Sales Representative
(SR) under the account menu. Any sales after the
4th deal but before becoming our SR will be regarded
as a non-SR sales. If/when you choose to join as
a SR, you will be assigned to the one who referred
you as a downline. If you joined without a referral,
you will not have an upline.
How will I be paid for getting deals?
Now comes the most important part! Earn ThereBucks!
Here at oneThere.com, we make use of a binary MLM
system. Just keep this in mind: FIND TWO DOWNLINES.
That's all you need to do and that's all you need
your downlines to do. Let's begin from the top:

When you become our SR, the first
benefit is that your commission will increase from
T$500 to T$800 for every deal you made hereafter.
These are your personal sales. You are allowed
to have up two downlines under you (that's why it's
called binary system). As their upline, you get
to earn ThereBucks for every deal your downlines
made (up to 3rd level). Please refer to the diagram
below for the payout details.
If you have successfully built a
infrastructure as the above, you will be automatically
be promoted to team leader. As a teamleader, you
will be entitled to Team Bonus every month
when you hit the monthly group target of 60 deals
per month. To achieve this, everyone in your group
including yourself just need to maintan one sales
a weekly for the bonus. What do you get from the
bonus? Refer to the diagram below.

If any of your downlines make it
as Team Leader too, he/she along with his/her tree
of downlines will be removed from your group and
you can fill that space with a new SR. So better
make sure you work faster than your downlines! Do
not let this arrangement bother you, because if
both your direct (1st level) downlines make it Team
Leader, you will be promoted to Team Manager and
receive a Manager Bonus of T$10,000 every month
your direct Team Leader hit his/she monthly group
target! So if you have 5 Team Leaders under you,
you would be earning T$50,000 every month if they
never fail to hit their targets!
It does not stop here!
If your customer likes it and stay with us, you
get T$300 very month they stay with us for all your
direct personal deals!
Be a Super-Salesman!
For those who would rather do it on their own than
depending on others, you can achieve all 60 deals
a month all by yourself! In doing so, you will still
be considered a Team Leader even without any downline
under you, and earning yourself T$98,000 a month!
Not forgetting the monthly T$300 from each staying
customer (60x300=T$18,000)!
Be your own boss!
It doesn't matter whether you are comfortable with
earning T$10,000 or T$100,000 a month, we got what
it takes for you to plan your time and work when
